Vigo is located on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean. The Mos town is on the East side while the towns of Orion and Gondola are on the South side. The 'Cuddy Olivia' is on the southern riverside and on its northern riverside, the Peninsula do Mora. Monte del Castro and Monte de la Guia mountains are located near the centre of the city and across the estuary. Vigo is administratively divided into municipalities and parishes. The city of Vigo has a lot of beaches, or Beade, whose height offers a panoramic view of the city and the estuary.
