I really dont know if this song is relating to the Spanish town of Vigo, but im sure that the singer is departing from the interior of Cuba using a train, so you can hear at 0:05 and 0:08 the steam whistle and you can see images of trains of Cuba, very old and old images ( in the new images there are not so much differences........)
