Vigo is located on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean. The Mos town is on the East side while Orion and Gondola towns are on the Southside. The 'Cuddy Olivia' is on the southern riverside and on its northern riverside, the Peninsula do Mora. Monte del Castro and Monte de la Guia mountains are located near the city centre and across the estuary. Vigo is administratively divided into municipalities and parishes.
